BriefBash ("the Service") is an automated tool that analyzes a publicly accessible web page you submit and generates an AI-assisted content brief for search-optimization purposes.
Only submit pages you have the right to access. Do not use the Service for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or block automated abuse of the beta.
Briefs are generated with AI, may contain errors or omissions, and are provided for reference only. We make no guarantee of search ranking or any business outcome. You are responsible for how you use the briefs.
Briefs you generate are yours to use. We transiently process the submitted page's public content to produce the brief and do not republish that content.
Paid plans (single briefs and monthly credit packs) are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Current pricing is shown on the homepage.
The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the free beta or the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
